1. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to 1INDO-branded customer applications, partner applications, the partner administration portal, websites and related support interactions where this policy is displayed or linked.
2. Information we may collect
Depending on the feature you use, 1INDO may process information such as your name, mobile number, email address, account identifiers, profile information, delivery or service addresses, service bookings, orders, property enquiries, ratings, feedback and support communications.
For partners, information may also include business profile details, team-member information entered by the partner, service categories, skills, job assignments, job status, invoice details and operational records required to provide the partner functionality.
Device and usage information may include app version, device type, IP address, diagnostic events, session activity and other technical information needed to operate, secure and improve the service.
3. How we may use information
- create and maintain customer or partner accounts;
- process bookings, orders, service requests and partner assignments;
- show relevant service, merchant or property information;
- support job tracking, customer feedback and partner invoicing;
- send service-related notifications, confirmations and updates;
- provide customer support and resolve disputes or operational issues;
- detect misuse, fraud, unauthorised access or platform abuse;
- analyse reliability and improve app, portal and website performance; and
- meet applicable legal, accounting or regulatory obligations in India.
4. When information may be shared
Information may be shared when necessary to deliver a requested service — for example, relevant booking details with the partner assigned to a job, or order details with a merchant involved in fulfilment. Information may also be processed by technology, hosting, communications, analytics, payment or support providers that help operate the platform.
We do not intend partners to receive more customer information than is reasonably required to provide or manage the requested service. Partners are expected to handle customer information responsibly and only for legitimate service purposes.
5. Location and property features
If a feature uses device location, map information or property location, the app may request location permission from your device. You can control location permission through your device settings, although some location-dependent functionality may not work without it.
Property features may process listing location, map context and user-selected areas to help users locate, explore, compare or shortlist properties. A 3D-oriented property view is intended to assist discovery; users should independently verify property details before making a purchase or other significant decision.
6. Payments, recharges and billing
Where 1INDO supports payment, recharge or bill-payment journeys, payment processing may involve authorised payment service providers. Sensitive payment credentials should be handled according to the payment flow in use and should not be sent through support messages or general contact forms.
Partner invoices may contain customer, service, pricing and tax-related information entered or generated as part of the billing workflow. Partners are responsible for reviewing invoice accuracy and any tax or statutory requirements applicable to their business.
7. Retention
Information should be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, including service fulfilment, account management, dispute handling, security, accounting and legal requirements. Actual retention periods should be documented internally and reflected here before launch.
8. Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and the context of processing, you may be able to request access, correction, updating or deletion of certain personal information, withdraw consent where processing is consent-based, or raise a grievance about how information is handled.
Use the Contact Us page and select “Privacy / Grievance” to submit a request. We may need to verify your identity before acting on account-specific requests.
9. Children
Features intended for general marketplace use are not designed to encourage children to independently create accounts or transact without appropriate parent or guardian involvement where required. The production policy should be updated to reflect the actual age-gating and consent controls used by 1INDO.
10. Security
1INDO should use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the type of information processed. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so users should also protect their device, login credentials and OTPs and promptly report suspected account misuse.
11. Privacy contact and grievances
Privacy or grievance requests can be submitted through the Contact Us page. Before public launch, add the production grievance officer or privacy contact details, legal entity name and registered business address required for your operating model.
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as 1INDO features, legal requirements or operating practices change. Material updates should be communicated through the website, application or other appropriate service channel.
